Made a purchase 10 days ago paying extra for express shipping. I haven't received the order or a response to my multiple emails. Tried calling and phone “technical’ difficulties is the message bank recording, instructing I email. I haven't had a problem in the past but i won't be buying from them again. Perhaps insolvency? Careful making purchases here.
Pricing is competitive, customer service team are quick to respond and you EVENTUALLY get your parcel - but the 2 times I have ordered I have been sold stock that wasn’t actually on site yet and have only found out after contacting them 5 business days post order with no tracking. Both times have been told “we apologise if the email we sent advising you of the delay wasn’t received” and offered a full refund but have waited it out a few more days and got my tracking. I’ve been ordering from this website for years. However, the dispatch times for my past three orders has been ridiculous. I placed two orders on 12th May and as of the 29th May my order has still not been dispatched.
