We love Tina! Patient, friendly, timely, organized, generous with her time, and NEVER rushed us. While I was not the one purchasing the house, I was involved in the whole process of my boyfriend buying his first home (Tina was his realtor). She had so much patience with us, handled the whole process with as much care as we did, and was always on top of things. I was very skeptical of realtors after my first home purchase but Tina dispelled all my worries. She was great to work with was very responsive. She made herself available whenever she could and was very good about showing us homes that we would like. She is very knowledgeable and has good experience. We chose her to help us purchase our second home and to sell our first one. I can't say enough good things about her. She is down to earth and it was a great pleasure working with her.

Tina Jan helped my wife and I find a home in the beautiful K Hovanian's Four Seasons gated community in Beaumont, California. She did a very good job of identifying homes that might work for us, setting appointments and guiding us through the showings. As fortune would have it the home we decided upon was short sale.
