Tina was incredible to work with and got everything done in a quick and professional manner. She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful with all my needs as a first time home-buyer. She got me into the house of my dreams and I couldn't be happier. If it weren't for her great knowledge or the area and good people skills I would not be in the house that I am in today. I highly recommend her to all!
Tina has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Start to finish she has been an excellent communicator and is extremely knowledgeable and professional at what she does. This is the fourth house we have bought over the years and Tina was by far the best real estate agent we have ever had.
Working with Tina has been absolutely wonderful! She was always prompt, polite, knowledgeable and delightful. She made herself available a moments notice to show us homes, even in different cities. When we had questions on the homes we viewed she would contact the sellers and get us those answers right away which helped us make decisions on the homes quicker. She was a pleasure to work with and we would HIGHLY recommend her to our friends and family!
We met with Tina today to sell our house and buy another house. She was professional, informative, kind and personable. She answered every question we had with knowledge about the different areas we are thinking of buying and knowledge about how to sell our house. We are so glad we met her, felt comfortable right off the bat, and know she will take care of us.

Tina was friendly, patient and willing to spend a great deal of time showing us houses in our house purchasing process. We were on a tight schedule to move and she was instrumental in helping that happen. Her willingness to go the extra mile in dealing with the owners, mortgage broker, escrow, etc., was fantastic. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods in the greater Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga/Upland/Fontana area was very helpful as we needed to purchase within a relatively small geographic area.
We found Tina by researching agent credentials in the area we were interested in. We were impressed by her education and her use of web media. Tina responded quickly when we first sent her a request to meet, and she was very attentive throughout the entire process. Tina did not hesitate to give advice and guidance as we searched. She helped us to find the home we were looking for and within our tight time frame. She was knowledgeable, personable, and dependable.
She went above and beyond for us. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She worked with us for 2-3 days and was always helpful and eager to show us properties.
It is impossible to describe the depth of patience and perseverance that Tina demonstrated throughout this difficult, quirky transaction. She had a positive, professional attitude while maintaining a sense of humor.
