I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to speak up for this salon. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every time I leave, I feel so confident and happy with my hair. Every time I've gotten my hair done the person always takes their time and makes sure everything is perfect. I am not sure why the atmosphere was a little tense, but I asked days ahead about a particular style and was told it could be done. Once I returned things changed and I was told either the I purchased the wrong hair or the style was too hard. My braids were cute, but heavier than I expected. Not sure what to do next. I was injured in an accident and just trying to keep a protective style. I did get a nice gift afterwards, even though I did not get the style I was wanting.
