Tina did a wonderful job helping us find and purchase our new home. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and was very responsive to numerous inquiries we had throughout the process. She was very helpful throughout the negotiations and inspections as well as keeping us updated on the process and progress. I would work with her again and recommend her to a friend.

Tina helped us buy our new beautiful home in Southern Pines in one day. We were moving from another state and had 1 day to view homes in the area. She took us through 6 house and back to our new home for a 2nd look all in the same day. We made an offer and had it accepted that evening. She helped us through everything else long distance right up to the closing. We feel the whole process was very smooth and effective.

Tina Adams is the smartest, nicest. most dedicated and hard working Real Estate Agent in North Carolina. Don't hesitate to give her a call. After trying to unsuccessfully, sell my Primary Home for well over 8 months, I contracted with Tina and she had a buyer within 3 days. She has since sold a few other homes that I've owned and is always ready to help.

Tina was great and very helpful in my home buying experience. I was a first time home buyer, and the process is pretty scary. She showed me my perfect home and was there every step of the way from the initial showing to closing and handing me my keys. Tina came highly recommended to us by some friends. She made buying our home (my first, my husband's second) painless. She is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of the tons of questions we had. It was always easy to get in touch with her when we needed, and we never felt like she was too busy for us. If I didn't know better, I would have thought we were her only clients. That's how she made us feel! I highly recommend Tina!
