Great looking boots. The company wasn't happy with the quality of the first pair made and informed me they were making them over. The delivery was delayed and when the boots arrived they seem to be sized incorrectly. I ordered a D width, but I'm reasonably sure these are EE. After purchasing insoles, the fit is acceptable.

This is an amazing company! When I called, I ACTUALLY got to talk to a living breathing person!!! * ***** ** ****** ******* ** ** ****** ******Customer service was the epitome of what it should always be! I would 100% recommend this business to anyone!! I bought my husband a pair of boots for his birthday. They were a tad bit too tight, so I returned them for a half a size bigger. I talked with *******a couple of times by phone and he made sure I got them swapped out with no problems! My husband loves his boots!
