I love my BOOTS!!!!!! A color I didn't have. I will be placing another order in a few months.
I ordered a set of boot insoles. They didnt fit and were poorly made (cut to size with a pair of scissors unprofessionally done). I emailed the company to see what we could do about replacement or return and they never responded. A rip off.
Had the elephant boots made and the came today. Appearance was stunning. They looked great from the vamp, toe and shaft stitching truly beautiful. This is probably my 5th pair from Tim’s and they all hav3 been great but this pair was amazing. I have a black jack elephant pair and I’d say these cow town elephants are as good. Doing business with Tim is just great. The communication is top notch. They will email, call or text to ensure you get a great boot. Just all around great experience.

Actually first time I wore my new boots after having them for 2 or 3 months. I've been busy working. They're a little hard to get on being brand new but when they were on they fit like a glove. They feel great look great! Thank you, ***** boots
These boots were purchased as a gift for someone else--I haven't even seen them yet. They were shipped directly to the recipient, and the recipient was elated with them (he has several other pairs of boots). In the photo they looked excellent. I greatly appreciated ********* great communication and assurance that the boots would turn out well. He was able to get them made in a custom color with stitching of the maker's choice. He really made the process easy and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
