After I put in my order, Tim's informed me that one of the items was out of stock, but would be back in a week or two. They called and asked me how I'd like to handle it; ship the other items now and the other one later, or wait on all of it. I asked if they could just cancel the out of stock item and ship the rest. The did with no problem. It only dawned on me later that I had free shipping due to the total, once the other item was cancelled, technically, they should have charged me for shipping, but they didn't. I absolutely love my boots! I wear a 13 and wanted a pair of Stingray boots with specific toe and heal. The only Stingray boots I could find had the ground Grey patterns on them due to the hides and a more rounded toe and roper heal. I called Tim's and he went right to work. He found a hide large enough to make them all black Stingray and in the toe and heal I wanted. They are made exactly like the Lucchese brand and the quality of these boots are 2nd to none. I had been wanting to try a pair of Blackjack boots. Tim's boots made it easy to do so. Easy enough that I ordered a second pair after I received and tried on the first ones.

Fantastic customer service and they were fast to respond and answered my questions, even changing a part of of the options listed for a boot because it wasn't listed. However the black jack boots I received have broken shank that clicks and pops every time my right foot hits the ground, and mismatched heels with one heel considerably more angled than the other. I know this isn't Tims Boots' fault* *** **** ****** ******* **** *****, but I have to take out my frustration somewhere.

I've enjoyed Tecovas, Lucchese's and Sage boots for years and this was my first purchase of Black Jack Mad dog Goatskins and I love them so far. Quality seems strong and the soles are a little thicker, so should last for many years. Tim's Boots ordering was easy and the customer service was great. Love my new boots!

The boots are great. Being able to choose so many options is a real plus. The customer service is excellent. They actually do answer their phones and when they do they are knowledgeable and very helpful. ******* was great with helping me place my order. I have had two pairs of boots made here and the quality is top rate, Black Jack boots are well worth waiting a few months for.
