I've enjoyed Tecovas, Lucchese's and Sage boots for years and this was my first purchase of Black Jack Mad dog Goatskins and I love them so far. Quality seems strong and the soles are a little thicker, so should last for many years. Tim's Boots ordering was easy and the customer service was great. Love my new boots!

The boots are great. Being able to choose so many options is a real plus. The customer service is excellent. They actually do answer their phones and when they do they are knowledgeable and very helpful. ******* was great with helping me place my order. I have had two pairs of boots made here and the quality is top rate, Black Jack boots are well worth waiting a few months for.

Great customer service!!! I never liked the square toe boot but that is all i could find in western stores. I wanted a round toe bull hide boot like I grew up wearing. I finally found exactly what I wanted at Tims but I have never ordered boots on line. I wanted to try them on before buying because the sizes vary so much between brands.
