Called, lady said they would call back. They didn't. I'm done.
I waited over a month for a quote after two requests. I really wanted to keep my business local but I wasn't postponing my project any longer waiting on a door. As much as I would've loved a custom hardwood door, I went to Lowes and got a steel one for the time being and I'll just build my own door later. I am very disappointed, I was really looking forward to doing business with them.
Tim and his wife are great people, and they suround themselves with like minded employees. Very friendly, kind, and respectable people.
