I will never bring my vehicle to this place again. They're a joke. They put the wrong struts on my car TWICE! They charged for parts & labor twice, no discount. Then tried to charge full price the third time, until I complained. They screwed it up & still wanted to charge. No apologies, just a generic "well we've only had this problem once before". Absolutely ridiculous!

Not what it used to be. Made appointment to get TPMS checked and tires balanced. They balanced the tires but the TPMS light was still on. Said they checked it. I took the car to Davis Tire on S. Paint this morning. They diagnosed bad sensor in less than 5 minutes and had it replaced in less than 30. Back on the road with no light on. Tim's Tires missed out on some extra $$.

After finding that my tire was missing all but 2 lug nuts Tim's was the only place willing to get me in and fix it so I could make it home with my kids safely. Had it not been for them I would have been stuck in Chillicothe for hours until someone could come get us. You have made a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you again for your kindness.
