I had 4 tires changed and when I got it back one of my TPM monitors was broke leaving the light on on the dash. I took it back and they wanted to charge me $50 so I said ok . That didn’t work so they changed another one, that didn’t work so they took them back out and sent me on my way and said they couldn’t fix it. The light wasn’t on when I took it to them, now I have an appointment with a dealership and who knows what that’s going to cost. I’m very unhappy. I even went to school with Tim but didn’t see him at all.
RecommendedJust stopped to get my tire plugged and they were going to do it for free. Sorry I haven’t used them in the past. Will definitely be a returned customer. And yes I paid them for their trouble and quick service to take care of me.
Always bring my car for anything! They do GREAT work and always make things right! Just got all new tires and fast service and great customer care! Highly recommend!!!😃👍🏼💯

By a recommendation of a member of the MOJO Jeep group on Facebook, I sent a message to Tim’s Tires on Facebook messenger with a request for a quote to install a lift kit on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. They responded very quickly and gave me a SUPER reasonable quote compared to other shops in the Central Ohio area. Got new brakes put on my truck...prices were fair and got it done fairly quickly. However....I went to pick up my truck and it wouldn’t start. They must have left a light on or door open because the battery was dead. Had to get it jumped to get home. Battery was a little over a year old. A few days ago I was trying to change my tire and I couldn’t get any of the lug-nuts off with a four by four.
