Awful company that also owns Invisible Carpet Repair. Advised they would attend at 2 and came unannounced at 10am waking a new born baby. Botched our carpet and somehow made it look worse. When bought to their attention they said someone would contacts us ASAP, when we hadn’t heard from them we called them only to be hung up on a number of times. Not offered a refund or for someone to come fix the job. We pulled up their work only to find they had not nearly completed the job in the correct way.
Geesh I hate giving a 1 star but I can’t find one positive about this experience. I booked in grout cleaning. Young guy arrived with a bucket, little brush on a long stick and some cleaning liquid. No machinery. I gave him access to water and he poured a bucket full of water/cleaning fluid all over my ceramic times and waded around “gently” agitating the grout all whilst talking on his phone (not in English so no idea what was so important) he left the floor damp and streaky with water under the wooden furniture and grout wa... read more

All google reviews looked glowing but here is why I am giving a one star review without embellishing. 1.Paint on skirting boards has been scrapped off in multiple places .
