Tim is an unprofessional fraud. Might be an ace plumber but he should stick to what he knows and stop acting like a slumlord disguised as a saint. Doing the same thing for 30 years without success is the definition of insanity.

Tim visited a job site, assessed, and scheduled to return days later. He did not show up. He did not respond to calls or voicemails nor explain why he did not show up. This delay put my business 3 weeks behind schedule to open and occupied my time to track him down, give up, and find someone else. His reputation is good, so I thought he must have some emergency in life. Nope, updates continue on the website, it seems he actually flaked, no call/no show and no reason given after making a plan.
