We’ve been taking our cars to Tim’s for a year now and they’ve always been fast friendly and professional.
James went above and beyond to ensure my oil change was done correctly. He went out of his way to get the oil I needed (0w20) and he still kept the price fair enough. I would return and recommend.
Highly recommended. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The place I used to go was bought out and the new owners tried to sell you everything under the sun. Too many places are like that. Not here. I came for an oil change...received one quickly..and no pressure to buy anything else. The owner is a real nice guy also. This will be my regualr place now.
By far the best customer service experience I have had at any shop. I wish I would of known about this place before today living so close. I have always taken my car to Honda for everything big and little. Honestly I didn't think I could feel comfortable taking my car anywhere else, but I had a bad experience the last time I went to Honda to change my oil so I decided to go to Tim's Mobile Lube Express.
