Two gentlemen, Jack and Donald, from this THM Newark House arrived to address the issue with my flooded basement in Monterey Park. They were professional, polite, and thoughtful. They took the time to explain the restoration process to me and even showed me photos of the water damage. They were knowledgeable and swift in their work. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of water damage restoration!
