The entire process was seamless with THM Newark House Restoration & Mold Cleaning Services, of DE managing every single aspect of the Services, including meeting with the Services adjuster THM helped the seller with the terms needing to be provided for the insurance on the Services. The project was completed in one day, the certificate of completion provided and building permit approved prior to closing.
After a few hours away, we returned home to find our basement plumbing break. We received prompt service from THM Newark House Restoration & Mold Cleaning Services, DE, who arrived the next day to inspect the water damage. He got right to work cleaning up the water damage and saving our basement carpet. Strongly advised! Included are pictures of the before and after.
