A as a person with disability, Timpany Center pool exercise improved my mental and physical health. I wish the spa was less steep for wheelchair users like myself so we would access the spa independently.
I was going there for therapy and I would also swim per advice of physical therapists. After going there for about 10 months they decided to implement a new rule for swimming half way through the month. I emailed the manager to just let me finish the month so I wouldn't have to pay for a full month's membership at another pool and I was never emailed back. The Timpany Center offers a variety of age group swim lessons to therapy in the pool. Always warm and someone on duty. Great staff and opportunity for employment.
Every city should have a center of this quality. It has absolutely improved my mental, physical, and social life. I highly recommend it for everyone! Stop by and check out soon!
The Timpany Center will always hold a special place in my heart because our son DJ, who has autism, learned to swim here. I have watched others also with special needs benefit from the caring instructors and various programs offered there! DJ started swim instructions when he was 3 years old and is now a proficient swimmer at the age of 12. I highly recommend the Timpany center!
