RecommendedWarm water pool is only place I can walk without my walker. Great place to burn off stress! The clientele are welcoming as is the staff. Walking in the pool helps my arthritic pain, my breathing, my mobility and my anxiety. I love water. I have fun there or you can just keep to yourself.

RecommendedYes I do recommend it the pool is at 92 degrees you can sign up low impact arthritis class and other classes and everyone is very friendly there
I had a blast. I went to Liora Gomer's Walk 15 class with Andrea and Sharon. What a fun time we had. I always enjoy myself when I go to Timpany center. I love the people and I love the Timpany Center.
As a Walk15 instructor who started my journey back to health with the Timpany Center after a terrible accident, I am not only grateful but excited to be teaching a fitness class that EVERYONE is able and welcome to join in and do! Thanks Timpany Center!
