They failed to bill my insurance or pass my insurance information to the ambulance. I now have a $3,000 bill on my hands that should’ve just gone through my insurance. This is the second time this has happened to me at this hospital. Also, the doctor in the ER was the most terrible, vile woman I have ever met. She violated hipaa, yelled at me, and kept me in a room not telling me what was even going on with me for about four hours. She also refused me to talk to a case worker.
RecommendedEvery thing was top notch, from the Dr.s to the nursing staff! Even in the middle of the night they were right there. Wish I could thank each one personally
Too many bad experiences to tell. I always keep making the mistake of hoping things here have improved. But every single time me or my loved one have horrible experiences in this ER. Have no faith in them. Will drive out of town first. Reading the other reviews it’s obviously not changing.
