The emergence room has taken care of me, but on the last one, somehow they took the two people that came after me before before they realize I was still waiting. But the staff were great.
originally I had my stay nothing to compare to, but since my hospital visit in Bismarck, ND this week, I can give this hospital and particularly the staff only 5 points. From registration through lab work and up to surgery, the staff really cares about your well being and treat you as a person. Not that I want to spend any time in any hospital, but if I have to, my choice would be Timp!
Missing the professionalism and skill of Intermountain Healthcare today while taking my son to get his blood drawn. Frustrating to have to wait an hour and also go through as many steps as it would take to be admitted as an inpatient for a simple blood draw. And yes, my one year old son is going to scream and try to pull away when you don't get his vein on the first try. This should not be a surprise, nor should you be upset with him or me because of his reaction to your lack of skill. Time to step it up MountainStar Healthc... read more
Great staff for L&D!!! Had my son here and the staff was amazing! I felt like they went above and beyond what they are suppose to do to make me feel comfortable and get use to having a new baby. I highly recommend having a baby here.
Awesome facility with people who really care about your well-being. I received 2 new knees 6 weeks apart.
