HORRIBLE service for 30 people in the party room! One server! Not the servers fault. Tables weren’t set up. Lots of employees just hanging out. Told the manager that we wouldn’t be back and he was VERY RUDE!
Average at best. Ribs were fatty, service was less than attentive, not a reason to go back into the COW!
Went to the Timothys on the Riverfront. Absolutely horrible service! Bar service was super slow, table service even worse. Was standing by the hostess stand and the amount of f bombs thrown out by the staff was crazy. They forgot our appatizer and spilled a beer on us. They did offer a $10 gift card! Haha what a joke. Not sure where management was but they need to pay attention, place is going down hill in a hurry. Will not be back.

We also have a few new servers as the summer begins, and these servers are still learning. Again, we are sorry about your experience with us and this does not reflect our restaurant and staff overall.

We are so sorry you didn't have a quality experience with us. We just recently changed our computer system, so each server has had to completely relearn how to enter orders and it has slowed down our service temporarily, especially being that this day was our of the first busy patio days of the season and our newer staff is still adjusting. We truly apologize that you did not enjoy your meal and it does not reflect our restaurant overall.
