One of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. He seemed to take his time coming in the office but as soon as he was there he wanted to be in and out. Zero empathy, zero care, he told me he was sick too and a cold is a cold when I had x-rays 5 days prior showing inflammation in my lungs, some even near my heart and that doctor 5 days ago was concerned my bronchitis was turning to pneumonia. Easy sign in. Short wait. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Dr. was professional but personable at the same time. I really liked him.
I felt no Empathy from this provider, I felt more like just a number (get them in and get them out).
