I have been seeing Dr. Jennings for 30 or so years. I have always felt heard. If I have needed a particular medicine or treatment, I have always received a good reason & explanation. I consider Dr. Jennings an excellent Dr. and would recommend him to any family or friend.

This doctor is meh but his staff is even worse! I saw him for over 10 years and I sent him a message on how rude Heather was at his office and I received no response back. What I did receive was all of my medical records in the mail…and then a bill for the records! I couldn’t stop laughing, my doctor fired me for calmly bringing up a concern. I have been a patient of Tim's for a very long time. I will no longer be a patient after my last visit and conversation via email. When I brought up my concerns about the covid vaccine he was more condescending than helpful. He agreed to continue the conversation via email which I did but he was very critical in the conversation and did not address my concerns. He has changed since my last visit a year ago. If you want a thorough Dr, who truly wants to help their patients, avoid his office at all costs! I’ve been a patient for 20+ years, but after the way he & his staff have treated me & my husband the last few months I would NEVER go to him again, especially considering we tried to talk to them about the issues we’re having & rather than help us, they twisted our words to the point we now have conflict w/Dr. Jennings. My teenage son had a appt for his school immunization. It was his first time at the office and got lost and was late for his appt. He was told he couldn't be seen and they would not allow him to reschedule even though the entire family has went there for over 15 years. Sad to see the office be this way over getting lost.

I was a patient of Dr Jennings years ago and liked him. I had to switch Drs due to insurance changes. When my insurance again change , I came back to him but was really disappointed in his lack of competence. I have multiple chronic conditions & didn’t trust him to be able to manage me and oversee the whole picture. My mom has seen him for years. I have been seeing Dr. Jennings practically my whole life. Over the past 5 years his office staff has grown to be more and more incompetent as well as Dr. Jennings himself.

I was a patient for 25 years. He has changed in the past 5 years. He used to be a pleasant and informative doctor. Now he doesn't want to be bothered, he hates dealing with a patient who actually has something wrong with them. He is dropping me because of all my health issues, he wants perfect patients who are not sick and ask no questions. His customer service is horrible and takes forever to fill prescriptions. He is going through the motions until he retires. He has no empathy.
