Dr. Murphy is arrogant and rude. His office is visibly not clean. He actually yelled at me when I said I didn’t like the way my toe looked post procedure, without listening. I wish I had never walked in their door, and I should have trusted my instincts. I do think his staff is great, with the exception of going very near open wound without gloves and no hand sanitizer that I saw. He is also negligent, given that he never examined what he did (was only an ingrown toenail that had to be cut out).
3 months and no orthotics. Been trying to contact them for some time. Finally spoke to Dr Murphy's assistant last week and he asked me to remind him what he told me the problem was..Ie. what the prescription for the orthotics was. Meanwhile my feet have deteriorated and walking is now more painful. Dr Murphy is spread too thin, has too many offices and very peculiar office hours.
Dr. Murphy is amazing! If you’re looking for a doctor with integrity who truly cares about his patients, you will not be disappointed in choosing Dr. Murphy. Two years ago, we were told by an orthopedic surgeon that she needed surgery on both feet or that by the time she is 25 she would be in an immense amount of pain and would struggle to walk. We had the surgery on her left foot two years ago. We were scheduled for surgery on her right foot toda... read more
Dr Murphy is a very kind caring physician who provides a great service. I would recommend to all potential patients
I had the right toe nail removed permanently due to long standing issues. Doctor Murphy recommended making this permanent since it was unlikely the toe nail would ever regrow without continued issues. The process was painless, even the shots for novacaine did not hurt because of the way he does it. I was only on pain meds the day of the procedure. The toe healed up well, and quickly.
He makes you keep coming back with things that could be done with a single visit, or at home. I think he is the only pod. In Saraland, Al. so that makes him convenient, and little more.
great service
