His staff scheduled my appointment at the Lake Mary office. I made the 1 hour drive there only for them to tell me Dr. Mason just left and they had no record of my appointment. So I made the 1 hour drive home. Now I received a bill from their Oviedo office for $25 for a 'no show'. I've tried calling and leaving messages to get this resolved to no avail. I will not be paying for an error on their part. My time, vehicle usage and fuel are way more than $25. If anything, they should pay me.
Great Staff and very knowledgeable and caring Podiatrist. Took the time to explain everything to me and cared about my problem.
I liked Dr Mason. He’s always been rushed but friendly. His staff is awful. Absolutely awful and rude. So for this reason. I am going elsewhere The manager came back from the side area and was so rude. Smelled like food she was inhaling. Not professional to speak to patients like that. So many things they have messed up like telling me my referral wasn’t there on day of appointment. If she did her job correctly it would have been handled ahead of time and I could have contacted the Dr sending it. Not wqste a trip on this app... read more
Great staff , knowledgeable doctor
Very Attentive and Knowledgeable spent a lot of time with me and staff was excellent.Best Podiatrist I have seen.
I was so impressed with his knowledge and knew right away what was going on with my toe. He was very friendly and outgoing. If I have to have surgery in the future, I would feel very comfortable having him perform it. Great experience!
Not a favorable experience. He was withdrawn, non commutative, gave me a shot in the foot and left the room. Left me wondering if we were done, just went on to the next appt. No nice seeing you or good bye. Done with him. Oh, btw....staff was terrific.
Dr. Mason is a smart, attentive and especially capable doctor. He went above and beyond to help me and i am forever grateful to him. Cannot recommend him more!
Overbooked and staff is unprofessional and rude. Doctor is okay, but not worth dealing with his incompetence staff
