Dr Marks has absolutely no bedside manner. He is rude and abrasive. As a matter of fact, the entire office is rude (including the support staff at the front desk). I was involved in a really bad car accident (car totalled by a drunk driver)..went to ER initially where I was diagnosed with a shoulder, hip and finger injury. I was told to follow up w Ortho. Called scheduling and unfortunately was scheduled with Dr. Marks. Soon as he walked in the room, he askee me if I was considering surgery?!?!? No introduction, not tell me ... read more
