I can’t tell you how impressed I was by the staff and Dr. Jochen. I had a very bad experience with a doctor 18 years ago and he ruined my skin he was suppose to do a laser resurfacing but he claimed it broke and he woke me up and I gave him permission to do a chemical peel where he left indents all over my face and I didn’t want to ever leave my house it was that bad!! I had CO2 Laser 12 days ago with Dr Jochen, he and his staff were very professional and paid attention to every aspect of this procedure. They made me feel very comfortable. I was a little apprehensive about having this done but talking to a couple people I knew that had this procedure said they were so happy with results. They did look great! He made me feel comfortable especially with the topical lidocaine and injections. No pain. I followed my instructions and things went smooth ??Patients ??
Doctor Jochen and staff are so pleasent to be around. They really know how to take care of us. So pleased with my treatments. Highly recommend this office.
I recently had treatment at Contour Dermatology, and I felt well taken care of. Everyone was very kind and efficiant. I usually don't like to mention what procedures I've had because it is a big secret LOL. I just feel like I have to say the Resolve totally took me by surprise. I loved it, and already scheudled my next appointment.
I recently had a skin check with Dr. Jochen. It was a wonderful and easy experience. I was very pleased to find out that my skin was clear of any cancers! He spent a lot of time with me, even though I knew he was having a busy day. He answered all of my question. His staff is also very nice and friendly.
Not a good experience. No follow up after surgery. And be prepared to wit and wait and wait. Always at least a 45 minute wait.
I went to Dr Jochen'soffice for consultation , paid $100.00 to speak to the doctor. I never met the Dr Jochen, had an office manger go over all the details I wanted. The office manger gave me the costs and that was it for $100.00 Never saw the doctor, usually a consultation that you pay you get to meet the doctor and discuss what your thinking of doing. Very disappointed.
Dr. Jochen exceeded my exceptions! His staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful first experience at Contour Dermatology.
