What is the point of scheduling patients here? I sat for half an hour before getting called. I see staff still walking in to work late. The front staff didn’t even have me checked into the system until a nurse came and asked where Sullivan patient was. Went to do basic stuff with the nurse, they don’t have the right tests in the system. Now Sullivan is a great and ver knowledgeable doc. I really recommend HIM. The office just needs to get some things in order.
He listened to my concerns and explained what we were looking for and the potential plan moving forward.
Dr. Sullivan is great! Friendly, easy to talk to and understand, and very patient!
