VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
WARNING: Avoid Phillips Eye Center, unless you want to end up in collections over a shady billing practices. First red flag, they'll ask you to give them a credit card and sign a waiver allowing them to charge you whatever they want. This is when I should have walked away. I paid the $35 co-payment on site but apparently they were supposed to charge me $40. Instead of accepting my payment for the $5 dollar balance, they double-billed me another $35 copay. Let me start by saying how disappointed my wife and I are with the lack of information provided when scheduling same day pediatric appointments. We were under the impression that our 7 year old daughter was going to be seen by another doctor. We were intentionally trying to avoid seeing Dr. Matusiak from negative past appointments. I've been going to Dr. Springer ten-plus years. Never any surgery, but I always feel that I am receiving excellent care. REGARDING THE LONG WAITS SOMETIMES: Yes, they have happened to me, but they have been due to circumstances such as one doc. out that day, or an emergency earlier that day. But I take consolation in the fact that when it's my turn I know that Dr. Springer will always take as much time as necessary to properly care for me.
Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions giving me different options available for my health. He took his time and made sure all my questions were addressed. Great bedside manners. I will definitely continue to to see him As my first choice Dr. and keep recommending him to everyone.
