Dr Casey is very thorough and is deliberately monitoring my symptoms.I feel he’s on top of my issues and monitors my condition.
This was my first visit with Dully and I will never go back. Dr. Hamid refused to treat me, because I explained that I needed paper completed now regarding a handicapped sticker for my car. She wanted me to make another appt in May instead of completing it in March. I told her I had to mail it to Springfield.; so I needed it completed it now. I've been looking for a new pediatrician for my oldest since 2021. Had my second in 2023 and Dr Bonnie was assigned to us. Thankfully we connected and I see her for every concern I have. She is knowledgable and is the best doctor I've ever met. She does a great job with my kids and assures me of any worries I have.
I saw Dr. Ortega forA follow up to an ER visit. I had a broken nose. I am on Medicare now and he said it was all Cosmetic and would not be covered. I went for a second opinion and had surgery within a week and it was covered. Dr. Ortega never did an endoscopy or really looked in my nose. It was so severely broken I had to have two surgeries. Guess he didn’t want to be bothered with what Medicare was going to pay.
