Just had my grandmother's diamond ring reset at the Lake Zurich location. I brought in the ring and a photo of what I wanted. They had an estimate in a couple of days and my completed ring in just two weeks. It is absolutely gorgeous! I am way more than pleased. Dyan and the staff were terrific to work with. I absolutely LOVE this jeweler!! Trish and the staff in Schaumburg are AMAZING!! They are detailed oriented and knowledgeable. My husband purchased my engagement ring somewhere else and walked into Timothy Grant to have it sized and appraised before our wedding. They were very attentive to him which prompted us to purchase my wedding bands from them. They've played a pivotal part in our union and I absolutely love them! They treat you like family!!

Brought a $100 watch (owned for a year) to them to change the battery because it stopped working. I was told it wasn't the battery; that my $100 watch needed a $135 quartz movement overhaul. I took my watch to another jeweler - low and behold - it didn't need anything other than a battery. I wouldn't trust this place again with any jewelry need I have - I'd rather deal with the less known jeweler that I felt was honest.
Tim and all of his staff are very friendly and helpful at both locations. I have several custom rings made by Tim and he is extremely creative and talented! I will never use another jeweler because he is the best there is, and I would highly recommend Timothy Grant Jewelry to anyone and everyone!!!!💍
