The office staff is A joke they don’t know anything!! can’t get any help with anything! anytime I try and make appointments to get injections I get the runaround the office staff is no help.and the nurse Paula is RUDE!!! She must Hate her job!!! The doctor seems like he knows what he’s doing and he seems like he wants to help but his nursing staff do not help. He needs a new nurse who enjoys her job and wants to help her clients. I am in so much pain and she doesn’t seem like she cares.
My husband went to him and he was very rude basically telling us to come back in 2 months to talk about surgery. My husband is in severe pain daily and he gave no pain management, He said you will always be in pain, very bad vibe, We would not let him do the surgery if he was the only surgeon left on this planet, avoid this place if you can, It was a waste of time. We are looking for someone else and definitely are not going back.
Avoid this dr he has no experience in hip replacement he only likes the easy ones if the hip is difficult he says he's not good enough to do the surgery avoid this guy go find a real dr
Had 2 hip.surgury..its worst after the w2 syrgury..Dr Galans office mgr. Refused to evan let me talk to him aboit my hip
