They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
