I have had four belly surgeries with Dr Artz. She is clear on details and instructions to make it the best outcome. All questions are answered and the emotional care is so appreciated!
I have had two surgeries done by Dr. Artz, one for a lumpectomy for breast cancer and the other 4 years later for a hernia. Both times she did an exceptional job and was so sweet, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. There were no complications and the healing time was quick for both. She's very skilled and knowledgeable, and I'm so happy to have had her as my surgeon. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Excellent care excellent surgeon 10 stars
I had inguinal hernia surgery on both sides. Dr. Artz and her staff did a great job of preparing me for the surgery. Dr. Artz is very friendly and an excellent surgeon. My procedure was about one-half hour. I came out feeling pretty good -- no nausea. The pain was pretty much gone after two days. What a wonderful doctor!
Dr. Artz is a strong women’s health advocate, and she provided excellent and thorough care.
Dr Artz is a great surgeon and I had a great experience from the first visit to the final follow up. I was able to schedule consult quickly and the surgery soon afterward. She did an excellent job, correcting existing and potential issues. Recovery was quick and I was back to work in just over a week. I have recommended her to several others and they all have had the same excellent results. If you need surgery, I highly recommend Katie Artz, MD.
Had laparoscopic hiatal hernia surgery repair. Dr. Favre explained the procedure and told me what to expect during the post-surgery recovery period. Dr. Favre is very compassionate and took time to answer all my questions. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Favre. Dr. Favre is great!
Dr. Artz is a wonderful surgeon, compassionate and explained everything before the surgery, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Office staff was wonderful. well run office. no waiting in lobby or exam room for more than a few minutes. I would recommend her to any family member or friend.
I have had Dr. Artz perform two separate surgeries. I found her very personable and professional. In addition, she has performed surgeries on several family members who referred me to her. All were very positive about her and her work as well.
