Attempting to reach their staff on the phone is very very difficult. They have a website that is also not communicative. I my opinion their competency is marginal, and I've been going there several years (why?) They have a research division. I think they are better at that.
My oncologist sent me to Dr. Bailey bcz I have two spots on my thyroid...he said to call for biopsy...I did but first open appt is mid March...what? That's three months out...what if it's more cancer...sorry they said ..I have no faith in our health care system anymore 🤢
