Dr. Burd was the 2nd doctor I consulted with about my spinal cord being pinched. He made me and my husband feel 100% more comfortable and at ease about what he needed to do for my surgery to be successful, then the other specialist. Dr. Burd and his team did more x-rays, and manual tests. They talked to us and explained everything. Dr. Burd and his team have done a great job caring for me so far.
I was very impressed with my experience. Dr. Burd is very personable and takes the time to explain things very well. His entire staff were also excellent ?? *****

Dr Burd was absolutely great very kind and personable.
Very friendly and out-going. Listens to patient's concerns and does not sugar-coat anything. Showed me a few things on my latest MRI that 3 other doctors have missed. Also showed me the stenosis was progressing into my thoracic spine. Of course, after this appointment I felt even LESS optimistic about my spine condition and was not given any other suggestions for pain management [what I am doing - mild meds, physical therapy] is either not working or making it worse. ALL THE PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. DR BURD WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE LISTENED TO EVERYTING I SAID. I LEFT FEELING VERY SATISFIED.
Positive: Dr. Burd fully explained all the options available for my treatment and took time to show me the visual details of the spinal issues. Very positive attitude. Negative: had to wait over an hour after scheduled appointment time. But, the time with him went well.
Dr. Burd always spends more time with me than I would have for myself.
Dr was very pleasant explained everything so I could understand what was going on
