Dr. Burd always listens to what’s going on and provides top notch medical care.
Wonderful Dr, I have told many people about his great care
Dr. Burd showed genuine concern about making the surgery have the most benefit with the least amount of risk necessary. He took time to explain in depth the details of the current condition of spine and the ways that surgery would help provide relief of pain.
You make an appointment with the doctor and he never comes in only the PA. It was ridiculous that the doctor never called to discuss my MRI. I asked for my discs and they blame it on the mail system come to find out they never mailed them. I will never go back to them again. What a waste of time and once again to be shoved off in a system of chaos with no real answers.
Bedside manner is a little unpredictable. I could never tell if he was dismissive of my concerns or in a hurry. His diagnosis sometimes was a little unclear each apt. I could tell he was a bit in a hurry. Didn't seem intentional. Maybe a personality. However, my surgery went great and I recovered well. He listened when things got really bad for me and operated when needed. I was thankful he advocated for my surgery and assisted in that process. The hospital he has surgeries in is just fantastic.
