We have had our service shut down due to failed lines multiple times this year and will seek out service elsewhere. I spoke with a Time Warner worker on lunch break doing nothing on the street reporting fiber was broken somewhere and that a crew was on stand by to fix it. He was inside his truck with the engine running. I’m not sure what purpose he was serving.

The only issue i have with them is the internet problem other than that its ok, up untill i transfered services to our new place on 8/5/17 & was robbed by the cable men who installed the services for us which stoled over 8k in jewelry from me. I called the company to report it but get the run around and dont gwt my queatiins answered and no one knows the next step. Outrageous cost just for Internet and ( 2.5 mbps uploaded speed ) You guys still suck !!

Hey TWC. Thanks for wiping out my series recordings two days in a row. I love spending and hour each day setting everything up again and again. Your service is getting worse and worse. I'm afraid to call because the last time I did....you without my permission upgraded my Internet speed and then had to ask for a supervisor to fix it. If I call what will happen next???

Time Warner is a thief of a company. I pay them almost $300 a month for their sucky cable service and they can't even come out and set up my new cable box without me paying a ransom a $40. Have no other choice because of the sports channels that my husband loves to watch. If I had a choice I'd cut them off altogether they are nothing but a bunch of sucking thieves.
