tried to cancel contract. website down . called location. they had my info. would not cancel until I came in. I'm a very busy I said. there reply " we have to make sure you are who you say you are. Richard
Horrible customer service. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to sign up for a monthly service in the only oine that says members only and even the machine has the option to sign up for a monthly service a young guy comes out and says “oh you’re in the wrong line”. Does not offer to help and just tells me to move over to the other lines where there are lines of cars for me to wait yet again. Mmmm no thanks not with customer service like that.
I am a member of there unlimited wash. Had a pretty bad experience with customer service and the manger on duty. They told me that a ratchet strap in the bed of my truck couldn’t be there very understandable, but he handed it to me inside of my truck with a hand full of mulch to get all over the inside of my truck. So I called about it and the manager pretty much told me he didn’t care. I guess the new business shows true colors after being open a short few months.
This place looked promising when we first tried it about a month ago. The attendant was great and did a great prewash before the automated wash. Today.... Not so much. The car had bug guys all over the front bumper and windshield. We can spend less than $20 at a manual car wash and do a lot better job. Probably won't be back.
RecommendedGoing through the wash doesn't always get the really stubborn bugs off, so I asked the woman opperating the pre-spray if she wouldn't mind aiming for a spot on my windshield that's been driving me crazy. This superwoman pulled two other hoses out (one was a pressure sprayer), got that spot off and even bent down and attacked my front bumper and the fronts of my side mirrors too. Favorite place to get our cars washed.
If you are into detailing your car after a wash, this place is the BEST. Compressed air nozzles, the best vacuum suction, as many clean microfiber towels as you want as well as window cleaner, floor mat washing- I LOVE this place
Place sucks paid for the most expensive membership and didnt even get the bugs off the front of my car. And destroyed the rear rims on my car! I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere
Well I tried it out yesterday because of all the hype. Got the most expensive wash. My tires and rims were not clean. I had scrapes and water spots all over my new truck. And the wash tore one of my windshield wipers off and caused the arm to scratch my windshield. This is why I use no-touch washes. The “free” vacuums are nice, but not worth the price of the wash which damaged and didn’t really clean my truck.
