They damaged the side of my car then wouldn’t acknowledge doing the damage. I called 3 times and the manager was not helpful. He said he would have a regional manager call me which never happened.
I’ve been impressed with this Car Wash. I’ve tried all that are in Lexington and the Richmond Rd facility is the most professionally maintained and serviced. Maybe because of the fine manager there. Michael
It's a great car wash
RecommendedGame changer! I’ve been dreading getting my new truck cleaned....have called several detailers and they never returned my calls. After being shamed into doing it myself, this was incredible. Have a GMC 3500 one ton crew cab and it did a very nice job on it. Vacuums were great! And the free towels and cleaner was amazing! They gave me a free wash! Took less than 30 minutes and my truck looks like new!

No they put scratches all down the passenger side roof of my car I measured the distance and they allowed me to measure the brushes exact same (they were with me while I was measuring) but still say it’s not possible and refuse to pay
RecommendedBest car wash ever!!!!! The ONLY request I would make is that customers NOT be “allowed” to play their stereos/music in such a way that everyone is forced to listen.
