Wow, my son has membership, someone else used it. The manager Syd here at Time to Shine wouldn’t address. Contacted the regional manager Worth and he blasted my son for contacting him rather than taking care of the problem. His code was used at Broadway location while we were eating dinner in Richmond road. What a pathetic company! How about investigating what the Broadway store is up to??? Theft!!!

I have been with them from opening and had no issues until a small one came up recently. I spoke to Dean and he handled it very professionally and quickly. I would recommend this place for sure!!
