Recommended6 weeks ago my father in law had a stroke. His truck has been laid up under some messy trees the whole time. My wife and I decided today to try to get the funk off the car for him. After some discussion we decided this was the place. We were not disappointed. Ryan and his crew went way beyond the call to make sure it looked great! I was a member of this car wash for a long time. I recently tried to take my car thru the car wash after a month or so of not going thru. Was stopped by an attendant & told my car did not match the vehicle that was under my account..?? He waved me to go thru & told me to stop in the office after to figure it out. I go in & apparently a GMC truck has been using my account! I drive a Kia Forte!! I was not reimbursed for the month I had just paid for or offered any car washes. Wow, my son has membership, someone else used it. The manager Syd here at Time to Shine wouldn’t address. Contacted the regional manager Worth and he blasted my son for contacting him rather than taking care of the problem. His code was used at Broadway location while we were eating dinner in Richmond road. What a pathetic company! How about investigating what the Broadway store is up to??? Theft!!!
