His staff is crazy disrespectful, shoutout to “Mary”. Don’t waste your time, this dude operated me, and literally took off and can’t see me until August now. First they said six weeks, now six months? Inaccurate, rude staff, unprofessional.
Dr. Potty is a fantastic doctor and does great work. 100% recommend his medical abilities and knowledge. However, if i could leave a zero star rating I would because his garbage staff brings him down that much. They do not know what they are doing, constantly make excuses for their mistakes and it seems that nobody ever takes responsibility for their failures. Worthless and expensive for no treatment. Went later to see Dr David Bruni at different place and he fixed my knee in few minutes. These guys Terible and no good.

He is an awesome doctor but his staff are so rude and condescending. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor or like you’re bothering them. It’s so sad because he’s great. If only he knew how rude his front office staff are.
