I used to come here often, last time a worker broke my middle console and blamed me claiming it was too complicated so he had to force it open. I was spoke to a "manager" and he said he'd call me back, nothings happened thus far.

Damaged our car (snapped the antenna) in the wash and are refusing to replace it. Didn't even offer to comp the wash we paid for where the damage occurred!?Doing the right thing is really not that hard.

RecommendedI accidentally left something that was inside my vehicle at the vacuum station. once I got home to realize my mistake, I immediately contacted the car wash. Their staff was friendly and held my item in their office until I was able to retrieve the next day. I appreciated their help and friendly staff

I went for an oil change today while I was there I noticed your tech trying to cram my air filter back in the box for a few min before having the other guy come put it back after I left I noticed my car sounded really bad which worried me because it’s a brand new car I just bought 3 months ago.
