I've been on the annual plan since they opened. I tried to get a wash on 11/14, I was unable to proceed because they said my card was expired. Uh - no - I have a charge on my credit card statement from 11/10 and my card doesn't expire until 11/30. My husband has left 5 messages at the Castle Rock location and 3 messages with corporate and has heard nothing. I am a small business owner and do not take leaving negative reviews lightly, but due to the lack of response from EIGHT phone calls, here we are. Crooks.
worst place I have ever gone for an oil change. I’m not even someone who writes reviews but I’ve left one on every platform I could find because this place sucks so bad. There are signs everywhere that say things like “fastest oil change around” but it is NOT. took me 2 hours to get an oil change. What a joke. I don’t get the appeal of staying in your car either. you have to wait so long you have to turn your car off and it would have been nicer to wait in an air conditioned waiting room than my hot car.
