You have by far the WORST car wash in town. It used to be great and i got a membership but it has turned out to be a broken down place. The past 2 times I visited were the 2 worst car washes I have ever had. The tunnel is usually broken and not operating correctly and the vacuums haven't worked in a long time. This is a very very poorly run business! I will be canceling mine and my wife's memberships and getting one at the other place down the street. Just went through there for the first time and the sides looked clean... however, the back is completely dirty still! Such a waste of money. 😡 Smh

I have had a fast pass for a long while and I wanted to talk to the manager ..‘I ask if someone above him was there and the GM was but he wouldn’t come out to visit with me ... the service has gotten worse each time I go... all the workers are sitting in a Lil room and don’t come out to help .. when there is a line no one come out to help people... what I pay for I am not getting. Customer service and attention to detail have completely gone down hill since the buy out!!! The charges are really high for all services!
RecommendedThis is my new favorite oil change place! All of the guys were so nice and they had fun while working. Very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything they did while I was there.
Worst wash I have ever paid for! I bought the $23 wash and interior detail and neither the interior or exterior were clean. For the exterior it was never even wiped down like it is supposed to be, there are watermarks all over including mirrors and some windows. There is still birdpoop on the hood and bugs all over the front end that were completely untouched by the car wash nor employees. In the interior it was only even half vacuumed!!
