Just had my 2013 Escape in for routine oil change and tire rotation. In and out quickly. This is the 4th vehicle I've bought from Timbrook since 2012. The service department has been nothing but great to me! They also have a great parts department team headed by Jeremy Saville. Have to give a shout out to my sales guy Charlie Owens Jr. who helped me in the purchase of all my vehicles there. Keep up the great work Timbrook Ford!!
I bought a brand new f150 from here and had nothing but problems. Bought a new Ford escape and had nothing but problems. Service department is awsome but Mike Snyder is the scum of the earth. Once he sold me my truck, I was a pos. I do not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from him. Please contact me and I will give full details. Thanks

The sales people and service center at Timbrook Ford are both fantastic! I bought my Ford Escape last fall from Timbrook. I love my Escape so much.
