I bought my car last year in July. I had a great experience dealing with Benjamin. He was a great help. I have had my oil changed several times and had my car inspected just this past Monday. The service department has been friendly to deal with also.
They are great people to deal with and treat you with respect before and after the sale. The service department is the best in this area. My husband and I have bought five vehicles from them and would recommend them to everyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. We love our new Ford Edge.

Shopped via the internet for a Ford Explorer. Ben Benedict, Timbrook’s Internet Experience Manager, was great to work with; very responsive to inquiries. I had contacted at least 5 Ford dealers for pricing. In the end, Timbrook gave me as good a deal as anyone, and I was able to buy local. Love 0% financing and the good deal I received at Timbrook Ford. Also, got First Responder rebate. � I highly recommend you contact Ben if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
Mike the service manager refused to honor my extended service plan I bought from Ford , even when Ford called hi and told him he was supposed to he told them no , so go anywhere but Timbrook Ford
