Overall horrible experience! Supervisor in the service department was arrogant and rude! Took a month to get my car back. Done with Ford!!

Their service department is TOP notch. After another Ford dealership saying they couldn’t get me in until the next week, Timbrook Ford got me in the same day because they knew the issue was severe. On my way to the dealership I broke down, I called them to let them know and they gave me a tow company and their phone number to contact. I didn’t end up getting a tow, but that was incredible service. Once I arrived they immediately fit me in even though I was late.
