really good Really nice restaurant. My husband and I eat there almost everytime we come to visit family in Rockford. I almost always get a steak and it's ALWAYS cooked perfectly.
Just Drive By For the food quality, atmosphere, service, and dining experience, save your money and gastro-intestinal fortitude and go to a different restaurant or better yet, pick out a couple of steaks, potatoes, and a bag of salad at the supermarket and cook it yourself. Great restaurant This is definitely our restaurant of choice, especially if we are deciding last minute. We have never had to wait in a line, the staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful. We have never been disappointed. I even sometimes go there just for snickers pie!
MR ROCKFORD I have always had wonderful experiences at Timbers. By far my wife and I's favorite place to go. Everyone is so friendly and they kinda create a homey atmosphere. Try the BBQ Ribs-- they are awesome!
Timbers Inn offers relaxed casual dining! Timbers Inn is always a great place to stop for a beer after work or for a nice, casual night out. On most weekends there is usually a 30 minute wait, but they have a large selection of draft beers to keep you busy. Always a good meal at Timbers My husband and I often dine at Timbers and have never been disapointed. The fish is always excelent and they offer many types of wild game. It's a great place to go as a family, or for a quiet dinner for two.
Had dinner last night and I was very impressed with the service and more importantly all 4 entrees we ordered were delicious. I recommend this place for sure. Pizza had a nice crust and great flavor. The Shrimp and scallops mac and cheese was amazing. Whitefish dip was yummy. Planked whitefish cooked perfectly. Lastly the Jambalaya had some nice kick. We will definitely visit again soon.
