Absolutely love the office staff, they are very helpful especially Shanerica. She took her time and gave us our tour & went through the whole process. She is very kind & very patient. She don't care how many questions you ask she still gone remain helpful & patient. Thank you Shanerica.
The management of these apartments are not worth a damn. They don’t return emails. They don’t respond to maintenance requests. They send maintenance to look around and then maintenance never returns to conduct repairs. A simple request we’ve placed, well over a month and a half ago was that all the old air vents that are black in the inside, that have been here since the apartment was built, and painted over, to be replaced. We were told it wouldn’t take more than a weekend to have that cleaned up and replaced and we haven’t... read more
