Don't move here it's a nightmare. Weeks without hot water and terrible managers.
Management and their maintenance guy do not fix any maintenance issues. Your fridge is broken? Yeah it'll stay that way for months despite how many times you call or leave maintenance requests. Hot water not working? Enjoy your cold showers or not having water at all! Maybe they'll move you into a temporary apartment for a couple days until it's fixed but you'll come back to your apartment and the water is still freezing. I have been living here for the past 8 years and struggle with few problems until recently. NO HOT WATER RUNNING since last month and still ongoing. Some of us have worked hard labor and need to shower. Not sure why it’s not fixed yet. It’s ridiculous and no one in the office through out the week. Not sure how to report this ongoing issue of HOT WATER. I wouldn’t apply to settle here cause you will never get answers to what you need to know around here. There is a office but empty 24/7…
Please this place is a joke and I say this with so much respect lol. Don't move here, you'll never see anyone in the office, the ppl that stay here are nasty. The downstairs door is never closed but always jammed opened. They have pest control problems. It's always garbage all over the dumpster because these ppl don't care where they live or how they live.
